I need a cheap gheenoe.

Rarely see them for sale but here is one with a trailer for $600.

I bought one about 5 years ago after I drove by a house and saw it sitting in the back yard. $300 later I had a 15' gheenoe with a magic tilt trailer. A few years and a brush fire later it was gone.

13' and there is a yamaha 2hp and a johnson 8hp avaliable.
