Trout on a Fly

Hey ya'all - this is a different twist on a theme for Rainbow Trout around here. TallyFly and I finished up a lecture on flyfishing out at the Bradfordville Senior Citizen Center yesterday early in the afternoon and decided to visit Dr. Alie's Private Trout Pond for our brand of some afternoon "delight"! Well, we did alright (or, at least, Gerald did alright) out there on the fly. Let's just say I did a good job guiding him by fly selection (a brown/red Wooly Bugger) and he did the catching!

Two fat trout for dinner and a lot of casting practice. This was a good thing since our bad casting techniques had just been amended by none other than FFF Master Casting Instructor, Dr. Jim Penrod, as part of our "show & tell" deal at the Sr. Center!

We made Jim proud of us.

If you want to know more about catching trout out there pm

me!

Definition of a forum: a designated space for public expression, a discussion board on the Internet
Just curious as to why you always want people to PM or email you to discuss things that this forum was designed to accomodate?
You could also generate more interest in the fly club, if you would post your activites on here and link to your monthly news letter.

Thank you - point taken!

The FBBF web site has been posted by TallyFly before. Do we need to put it out there every time one of us posts something?

Merry Christmas...
