Lanark 12/31

Well, I report the good so I had better report the bad. On at 10:30 off at 2:30. Clouds and wind plagued us all day long and I poled over lots of fish. Most were laid up and skittish. My buddy had two or three decent shots but no joy. 2007 has been a stellar year and it seemed fitting to pay homage to the fish gods with a skunk on board at days end.

Nice Report. I wish everybody reported when they don't do well.
We learn as much or more from those reports.
And agreed, it has been a stellar 2007.

Thanks for the report Nole. Its nice to know that you actually are human in the realm of fish catching. It has truly been a great year.

Hey Nole, did you put in at the foot of the bridge on SGI on the morning of 12/31? I was on my way back from Eastpoint and thought I saw a familiar boat and face.

Thanks Nole for making it sound like it was the fishes fault an not mine.

Maybe next time I will pole you around.
