Portable Bait Tank Questions

I just bought a decent 20 gallon portable bait tank. It is circular shaped, insulated, and made of fiberglass. Since I do not have a built in livewell on my boat, I figured this would be my next best bet. I am hoping to be able to keep a redfish or trout alive for a couple hours when necessary. What type of aereation system would anyone recommend for a bigger fish, and what type for finger mullet, pinfish, or other bait fish. Thanks for the input.

500 gallon flow through system. You can buy a kit from Kodiak or do it yourself. You need a pickup mounted on the transom, plumbed to an input at the bottom of the tank. Then you need an overflow pipe, which is big enough to handle the flow without the tank spilling over.
