This one is across the canal from my nephew he is planning on clearing the canal to allow boats to use it again "that would make the property worth much more than the current asking price" and he would LOVE some help with it

The site must be down "or they just block other realtors" I think it was $89,000 or there abouts

Thanks Wevans, I have seen most of those places. I also looked at that canal a few months ago and it does need some work. Wife would rather be on one of the rivers though.
