Never fished either of them but they are in the area. Due diligence is required minus first hand experience.

Most boats are six pack licensed. Six anglers only there used to be one in P.C. called the "Seminole Wind" bigger boat more folks on one boat, I always saw a lot of nice fish when they came in. He charges more than your average six pack but it would be cheaper than two boats and he is a getterdone dude. A bigger boat can go further faster. His deal used to be, we go, we catch, we come back, if its fast fine, if it takes all day fine, when the box is full it is on to the hill.
Also if you are going with folks that are not salt water certified it may mean less folks turning green if you have the bigger boat. Another words it was more of a meat in the box than hands on the clock that would say when you came back. Usaually he was tough as heck to beat because he had better range, this was about eight years ago so all info is not up to the moment but I would guess still pretty close to on the money. He used to stay booked year round I would call A.S.A.P.
The guys in Mexico beach that the other guy mentioned are great Charisma Charters Chuck is the bomb but I think he is a six packer he does have another boat I have seen some great fish behind his boat also.

Fished the Charisma a couple years ago. Caught about 300 pounds of fish, back on the dock early with a good mix of grouper, snapper and amberjacks. They also have a local fish store that they work with the clean the fish if you desire; pretty well coordinated event. Nice boat, Captain knew exactly where to go and how to fish each spot, and First Mate was spot on.

I heard about one, and I'll find out his name tomorrow at work.
