Well, what a beauty of a day to be on the water. My girlfriends son and I had a great day planned knowing that the weather would be great !

This is how it went....
We didn't get there early enough to see this....



and here's a picture of a fish that Josh did NOT catch



Not to be out-done, here's a picture of a Redfish I did NOT catch Saturday



And here are some trout I wish we had caught......but DIDN'T !



I spoke to my buddy Breeze on the radio and he did catch one of these !!!!



Maybe had I gotten in deeper water I could have caught one of these..........but I didn't.....WAHOO !!!



Maybe I should have taken my grandkids





Maybe when it warms up some, I'll catch a few of these......



All the none biting that was going on gave me a chance to reflect on this past college football season......







But just being out on the water, spending time in the boat makes me feel young again



But we finally gave in and headed to the hill and loaded the boat. We didn't even stay long enough to see this.......



At the end of the day, this was how it ended for us ..........



Still.........I can't wait to go again..........

I'm impressed with your creativity, old friend! It's outmatched only by your angling prowess( or lack thereof in this case ) Does Gordy know you're posting his mug in cyberspace? I think he's still under the witness protection program .
