Great day on the water, seas 1-2. Left Shields at 9am returned at 2pm.
Catch for the day....
1 undersize grouper - about 16 in.
1 Black drum - 23"
5 Sheephead - 14-20"

Fed the entire family and in-laws last night with some fish chowder and baked filets (Savanah's style!). The secret in the baked filets is the Montreal Steak seasoning, lightly sprinkle both sides with seasoning and bake at 350 until done. Give it a try sometime, everyone I know loves it.
