garmin 182C

I was reading some other posta about chartplotters and thought I'd ask. I have a Garmin 182C and the only channel not marked in our area is the Och. Bay area. No channel markers. All others on my machine are marked. Someone told me The Och. River, Bay isn't because, it's not a navigable river. Anybody know why?
