BAKED TROUT WITH SOUR CREAM

Post by bman »

My Wife cooked up one of the trout for dinner- I think this would be great on grouper or sheephead.
It was moist and tasty!

BAKED TROUT WITH SOUR CREAM
Dressed Trout
1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 tsp. Dijon mustard
5 dashes of tabasco
3 tbsp. lemon juice
1 c. sour cream
1/4 c. Mayo
1 c. chopped onion
1/4 cup fresh chopped parsley
Salt & pepper

Line a pan with aluminum foil. Salt and pepper trout. Mix
ingredients to make sauce and fill fish. Pour remaining
sauce over fish. Bake about 1 hour in a 350 degree oven.
Baste with sauce occasionally while fish bakes. Good for a
large trout.
