I needed to run the boat a little......decided to troll a little as well. With BIL Jeff along for the ride, trolled from 10am-1pm, in 17-26 ft. Got 1 bite...we thought it was bottom, circled back, straight up/down, it then moved, got in the boat. 25" gag, with a very frayed line...I guess it got hung up in some rocks...20ft deep. Bottom fish 30 minutes...nothing. 1-2ft seas going out, glass comming in. Absolutely a beautiful day on the water.

Good deal. We went Sat. and caught one short. Seems that they may have moved a little deeper. Congrats on the catch. One is all you need for dinner.
