I finally rose from my death bed and tied a few bugs up today....I had drew this one up on paper awhile back finally got it from paper to hook.



Materials Used:
Hook: Mustad 34007 size 2 or 4.
Thread: Olive Ultra Thread 140
Tail: Lavender Crystal Flash and burnt mono eyes
Egg Sac: Lavender EP Anadromus brush
Body: Tan EP Shrimp Brush
Head: 1/8 eyes
Weed Guard: 20-pound hard mason mono

Tying:
Wrap hook shank with thread to just past the barb
Tie in flash twice the length of the hook
Then do three wraps of lavender Anadromus brush
Next add the burnt mono eyes
Estimate the length to the dumb bell, take the lavender Anadromus brush and tie enough to run
down both sides of the fly to the dumbbell eyes from the egg sac.
Pull the Anadromus brush back and tie in the Tan Shrimp brush.
Wrap thread forward and tie in the dumb bell eyes
Now palmer the tan shrimp brush forward, stroking it as you wrap it to the dumb bell eyes
Tie off the shrimp brush.
Now part the shrimp brush, combing the hair up and down the hook shank
Pull each piece of lavender Anadromus brush forward to the behind the dumbbell eyes and tie off.
Wrap thread forward and add weed guard and whip finish and head cement.

Hey Chalk if your looking for some critters to tye I could use a handfull of these in a size 1 or 2 on tarpon hooks. Maybe one day I'll have time to get back after it.
