If it has a motor on it, it might scare suber away, we all know how he has a fear of
vessels with a motor.

Barry, did a quick search on the specs and per this website... http://www.eastcapecanoes.com/gladesmen.php.." onclick="window.open(this.href);return false;. here's what it quoted:

Length - 17' 6"
Max Beam - 48"
Weight - 125 to 220 lbs (config. dependent)
Recommended HP - 5 to 15hp
Draft - 2 to 4”
Price for hull & trailer - $8695.00

Site also gives estimated costs for about 25 different "pimped out" options...

Here's a video link from the same site...
http://www.eastcapecanoes.com/gladesmen ... flash.html" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false;

Not a bad looking little ride, and will say this for it -- I sure wish I could push my boat off the trailer as easily as they load the Gladesmen in the video :D ... though for expense purposes I'll stick to my $300 canoe and ol' $600 2hp honda if I get the itching for pure shallow water fishing... though admittedly (from the looks of the video) the gladesman looks like it could make for much faster moves with a 15hp strapped on it :wink:

Gladesman, was only used as a reference to narrow beam Gheenoe type boat. The pluses of the rotomolded would be that they would be nearly bullet proof around rocks and Oyster bars, plus you could pick it up and put it in the back of a truck.
