Marked location of a large palm just W of tripod late Thurs afternoon:(herons sitting on it caught my attention)

Fished toward Aucilla in about 3.5 feet and caught about 40 shorts, all about 14", and two nice keepers. Gulp only.

Good report, I bet you haven't caught 40 trout in quite a while with the season being closed and all.Sounds like a lot of smaller trout are on the flats, that's the way it was at Keaton last week.
