Did someone say the KB boat ramp was closed? If so does anybody know when they are going to open it back up..thanks

We were down there saturday and it was still closed. There was a large pile of trash in front of it and they didn't appear in much of a hurry to clear it up. The Marina is opperating. They have a lift and a ramp.
