Grouper cheeks...

Tried something I have not taken the time to clean in a long time.. Grouper Cheeks!
Jessi breaded them in Panko (Japanese bread crumbs)and browned them in butter.

WOW- they were fantastic and well worth the effort. I'll do it again.
Texture is meatier than the fish with a sweetness that surprised me.
They were joined on the table by a Grouper, Trout and Sea Bass fillets.

Next time I'll take some photos of cleaning them and the throats... If you have never tried them you are missing out!

Yep, I never miss getting the throats or the cheeks. They are too easy and too good not to get them.
