I am not real good at reading the tide, moon phase and all that so here goes. Would this evening, giving the current weather and tide predictions, be a good time to fish inshore in the gulf? It seems good to me with a strong tide and near the full moon but reading the reports from yesterday make me want to stay home and catch up on yard work. What say ye gulf veterans?

Anytime you can fish is a good time to fish. Yesterday has no bearing on todays fishing prospects.
If you can go...go.

JT's right...I always say, "brite nights equal late bites." The afternoon bite is normally better on a full moon cycle in my experience. I saw no activity until after 2:00 pm yestdy
