Saw something similar to this fly at Biscayne Bay Fly shop the other day. I bought some EP fibers that I wanted to try out on a hook, so I started spinning up a few of these today.

Nothing more than a toad with a Select Craft fur tail (not as long as a kwan a lil shorter) and matching rooster saddle palmered over the craft fur with some flash. Tied these up with a #1 hook, figured I needed to tie bigger flies for the 9 wt

Very nice Chalk. I likey Da Krafty Toad. Bet that color combo would be deadly in potholes and over sand.
