Took my daughter back over to the bass pond today after church, dinner and the Easter egg hunt. We caught 35 or so bream and bass on spinnerbaits. Holly caught many good bass and bream including 1, 4.5 lb bass, then got bored and I called the wife to pick her up. Then I pulled out the flyrod and worked them over some more with a big popping bug.

  Wow, another great pond trip ! That one bass was a hoss! Are those river redbreast bream? They sure look like 'em. You got a good place to fish when the flats don't work out. :smt004

Yep. We have another small pond that was stocked many years ago with redbelly's from the river and we moved some from that pond to this pond.
