Bob the builder, our boys and,I hit the water around 11:00. It was rough and the wind that was supposed to be north was southwest. The water temp was 61-63degrees all day. We caught 1 flounder and I had a trout that was just to close to short so I threw it back. My boy was the high man with 5 shorts and a few black sea bass. We practiced casting on his own(he is 7) and he got good at it. 1st time on the water this year and the boat run great.

Nothing like getting the young ones out for some fishing.

If the boat ran good and your boys had a good time then thats all that matters.

Man I wish that front had not come thru and the warming trend had continued. It would have made for a banner day. But my boy said he had fun and the flounder was delicious. Was anyone else there sun? I tried to hail on 14. I could not get an answer even on the question if anyone was catching anything.
