Tuna on the homepage

How far out do you have to go to catch tuna like the ones on the homepage? What bait and technique should be used?

Those were caught out between O ans S tower on pinfish while they were grouper fishing. The tunas are a fluke thing and not really targetable over here.

They may be a fluke to you but some of us know where they are at all times:)
