In the morning, Sailor take warning should of been advice taken. Went out 4-06 cruising by the birdrack to a perty red sunrise. a little choppy on 3 fters, not to bad. Took a Friend from Alabama and his girlfriend for their 1st offshore trip. Got to the 1st spot and dropped a line as a few drops began to fall. No lightning so wer'e OK so far, Then Kabooom off in the distance, forboding, but not real close. No bites so we move further down the ledge we were fishing an a wall of wind hits us. Next thing I know the 3' seas went wild and in no time it was 5-7' with a good chop on top but at least it was'nt raining hard........Yet. Bottom falls out and wer'e a shiverin from the wind. Say the helk wit it and head in. That makes 500 bucks in 3 trips this year without a keeper grouper in the boat :smt009 Did manage 3 Keeper Trout on the east flats when we got back, plenty of shorts. They were sore Monday from the beating, I just slept all day. Cant wait til next time but it will be nice or I'm staying on the flats.

Tough day, Catch. Specially with newbies.
