Steinhatchee flats 4/25

Me and a buddy put in at the public ramp mid-morning just before the tide change and hugged the shore in 2 to 4 ft. of water. Did pretty good for a couple hours work and not much gas: 4 trout and a real nice flounder all made the supper table that night. Also had fun with an 18 in. cobia that didn't know he was caught until he sighted the boat and then ziiiiiiiing! Hope I catch up with him when he grows to legal.
Little bait fish were chowing down on our mid-sized white Gulps - and I thought gas was expensive! We went through three bags in a couple of hours, but had a lot of fun doing it. What a nice cool day with no bugs to bother us
