Just bought a new boat last week for my birthday, figured we would take it out for a little fishing trip out of the Aucilla. Made it to the boat ramp at 8. After a hour of catching shorts and sharks I finally put a keeper in the boat. The next two cast were two more keepers, found out what they liked. Limited out on trout at around 1:00(first time for that!!) Tried to catch reds till the other cooler went dry with no luck. All in all good weekend and nice boat!!!

A couple pics of the new ride. Had to give her up this week for a polling platform, should have it back by Monday!

Nice ride. We need to make a trip soon, especially since my boat is broke. In the meantime, I dug up this old article on redfishing that you might find helpful.

Thanks for the help ole buddy, we will have to try that one day when you go with me, you show me the Red Fish and I will show you the trout!!
