Headed out with Mojo this morning to the lighthouse. Got a late start and din't hit the water till about 8:45. It looked like the whole state of Georgia was out fishing the east flats today; 150 boats and not more than 5 or 6 of them more than 150 feet north or south of the stake line.

Drifted the flats shallow for a while, and the bite was still a little off, but not nearly as bad as last night. Weren't gettin anything of any size out there so we opted to head up to a red hole and set up an ambush for when the tide turned to incoming. Got there early; I refreshed some leaders and mojo took a short nap. By the time the tide turned the wind was ripping hard. Reds finally came and I got a decent one in spite of the weather.

Bite died down pretty quick and fishing was difficult. Left there and headed for more trout-friendly areas. Tested a couple of hit or miss spots on the way. Mostyl miss. Mojo broke off on something, caught a nice sized pink dookie, and lost a nice gator trout that played nice until I had the net over the gunnel and then immediately swam under the boat and got off. Headed for a spot we know holds size. I got one, bite slowed down, called it a day. Only two keepers, but I got some action video and a couple of pics. Mojo should go in to the motion picture bidness.

Mojo: "Take a Noleflyfisher pic!"
I think it was a reasonable facsimile

Came in at 26.999999999- measured it for about 10 minutes before it went in the box.
20 lbs of ice followed it in the box to be extra safe.

Yah yah...I didn't take it man...I don't think too many people will know where that is unless they already know where that is, whether or not they knew you could catch a red there. If they didn't already know that, they still probably won't catch any there. Besides, I don't think you could get there without bottoming out
