Mash Island 5-17

Post by Talltails »

I took my brother, Eric fishing this morning. We put out at Mashes Sands and battled the wind all morning. We fished the incoming tide in 78degree water. Eric I caught a pile of upper slot trout and a few over 20. The black drum and red drum were happy to oblige as well. Several reds up to about 25" were caught. The wind died down around 11:00 and I was able to see bait pods everywhere. It seems summer conditions are upon us 8)
