How do you get rid of them around cleats and rails? Is there an easy way?(and don't say sandpaper)

I used to use SNO-BOL on my offshore boat. Thro a little wax on it afterwards and your good to go.

Had real good luck with Starbrite's Teflon Premium polish/wax. Sell it at walmart. Don't need to rewax afterwards.
Good for leaf stains, rust stains, etc.

I used the Aurora boat scrub and it got rust stains, black marks and all the other little stains out. It is much gentler than all the other acid based products I have used. Lots of time the acid based products make the fittings bleed after using. None of that with boat scrub.
