SOUTHEAST WIND 10 TO 15 KNOTS BECOMING WEST 5 TO 10
KNOTS IN THE LATE AFTERNOON. SEAS 1 TO 2 FEET. PROTECTED WATERS A
LIGHT CHOP DECREASING TO SMOOTH.

I ain't surprised.
