If you haven't been to a NFGFC meeting yet, you should come this week. I've learned a lot more from the speakers at those meetings and face time with the 'experts' than all the reading I've done on this site! Meeting this Thursday 7:00pm at Beef O'Brady's on Thomasville road across from the Miracle.

Welcome BD! Where are you from/live?

Thanks guys...what a crowd. I live in the Monticello area but work mostly in Tally. I spend most of my time on the Aucilla, but will make it over to Icky now and then. Based on my last few trips...you wont find me around "Short Marks" anytime soon. Most fishing is done "as usual" but I really do like the fly rod. Most of that has been done out west, but I am anxious to sling my 9 wt around more (tips are welcomed). As the user name implies...duck hunting is another powerful vise. Thanks for letting me introduce myself a little. Look forward to doing it the old fashioned way with you guys soon.
