We were there too, it was a blast. We hung out and tailgated with the University of Margaritaville folks, it was great!

It is one of those phonetic words. It is spelled the same as it sounds...u..ke..le..le. without the dots of course.
But, then, phonetic is not spelled the way it sounds.
