Saturday started iffy with thunder storms. We topwater fished at dawn and the reds were pretty thick. Lost my newest homemade top water to a big red, broke me off in the pepper grass. We had a good hour before we hadto run back to the house. We got back on the water about 3 and finished the day with numerous reds and trout. Two stretch diving lures [found up near the grass line] one with a hard head cat attached. Don't know how long he had been hooked, the hooks were jut about gone. He sure was happy to be set free. We kept enough fish for a couple family fish frys. here a few picsImageImageImageImageImageImageImage[/img]http://www.forumpictureprocessor.com/pi ... 010_32.jpg[/img]s/001_57.jpg[/img][img]

Need to hold them big ol' reds a little LESS close to the camera and a bit closer to the chest, as they almost look TOO nice ;-)

Just joking a bit, as they look perfectly legal in the group photo... but without that group photo, that last pic makes that red look HUGE!!! :-D

Quick friendly suggestion... might want to repost in the "inshore report" section, as a few more members might see the report.
