Gulp Chum

Post by sweetwater »

Has anyone use the Gulp Chum and could you report on its effectiveness? at $20.00 for a 5 pound tub, it seems a little pricey? SInce regular chum is only 6 or 7 per block, it seems this stuff would really need to work to be worth the $$$ Any help would be greatly appreciated.

never used the Gulp Chum. I usually mix my own with old stuff from the freezer and menhaden oil. Maybe it lasts longer than store block or even my homemade stuff.

People who can not catch fish on GULP can not catch fish on anything.
Especially quality fish.

Instead of calling it "Gulp Chum" it should be called "Pinfish & Trashfish Attractant" and or "Hard-Head Catfish Attractant" :smt005

I bought it once when I had a Bass Pro gift card.
I saw no difference between the Gulp Chum and the Jandek Dry chum which is 1/3 the price.
Jandek works fine. I've caught some nice fish using it.
