Left Carrabelle Marina 7:15 a.m. and fished South and West of O tower all day. Throughout the morning the seas were smooth as glass , developed a light roll towards the afternoon. The seas were extremely calm the entire day as was the fishing. We caught a nice King right off at the first hole picked up a nice 26 " red grouper and several nice red snapper. Ended up catching 4 keeper grouper and 8 keeper snapper all day. We must have boated 100 - 125 19" red grouper and 21" gags all day. Beautiful day on the water , but I wish these short grouper that seem to be everywhere would grow a couple of inches.

BD, good report. What did the grouper want to eat, live or frozen bait and what water depth were they in. 8)

Seafox, We were in 60-70 ft water all day. The grouper were biting anything you dropped down to them. We were using frozen bait (spanish sardines, cigar minnows, LY's, mullet, and squid). The red snapper were biting pretty good on squid.
