Can I use the Federal Duck Stamp for the entrance fee at Aucilla like I do at the lighthouse and if not where can I get annual pass. They are both considered National Wildlife Refuges but I've read different things about ramp fees at Aucilla. Thanks for the help.

No you can't. The ramp is maintained by Taylor County.

So, is there an annual pass I can purchase and if so where might be the best place to get one. The sign at the entrance says something about one.

You can buy a $20.00 annual permit for Keaton and Aucilla ramps from the Taylor County Tax Collector.

You can also do what I do at Aucilla.
Take the envelope and write "WHEN YOU FIX THIS DAMN RAMP< I WILL PAY THE FEE" and put it in the collection box.
I have also sent this info directly to the Taylor county commission.
They do not like JT51.

If they fixed that ramp, do you realize how many would be down there using it? It'd be like they discovered gold nuggets as big as bowling balls in the river. Even them Sopchoppyians would be there like hairs on a bear's back! Shades of lawlessness like back when that ramp area was a dope smuggling site! :-D

After I talked to them they did take action.
They put up a "RAMP ENDS HERE" sign.

I'm fine with the ramp the way that it is. Those of us who fish it know how to put in on a negative.....but I do like your style JT.

I have had a ramp pass attached to my truck for Aucilla River launch for the past two years. You obtain one from the Tax office at Taylor County Courthouse...$20 per year. Anyone can purchase one. :D The stamp for St Marks won't work there.

I know the way to launch there w/o tearing your axle off. Though I have seen several trailors sitting there broken while the owners ran off to get the fixin's.

Can you get the pass by mail or paying over the phone?
