Captain Eric Keyser and Partner Bryce Hill Choke on tournament day for Team Seatrout.
They weighed in a measly 1 fish not even 2 pounds. My partner Ashley aka Warrior stomped them into the ground with 4 fish weighing 6.1 pounds of speckled trout.
The KINGS are still in first place.
The Sapillo hex does work.

Trouttrent and Captain Cheesy fished one of my Carrabelle holes and came in 2nd place.
Never2late and TommyT fished one of my St. Marks holes and finished 3rd.
CaseyCook fished one of my holes also and did not win.
Junior Dice and Snatch and Reel fished several of my holes and did win. :x

Unfortunately all the fish are not on all the holes all the time. That is why I have so many holes. That is also why I have so many people fishing so many of my holes. All the time.

I am doing whatever necessary to be voted OUT as President of your fishing club next year.
The more people I can make angry the better chance I have.

Today we fished CaseyCook and TinCan holes. With one of Junior Dices' holes thrown in for good measure.
The only place we caught fish were the ones you and I know.

You said it was coming. Just didn't think is was going to be a Headline... :smt011 The hex does work..... I am now a believer. What is even more frustrating JT is that if we would have just caught 5 fish total we would have taken the lead....and this mornings headline would read quite different.

Ashley, did he not stretch is netting arm yesterday morning? Was it all the backlashes of his that ate up your time? Or Did he run out of Gulps?

We'll see you guys in August.......Four more to go.

I think it was we caught all our fish Saturday should have left them alone must not have been many there to begin with!!!The only backlash was mine I blowed a reel up first thing and had to throw it in the bottom of the boat got to hate that well I had plenty of spares didn't I Pat.

We are not complaining. We had a terrible day as everyone who fishes tournaments knows can happen. Anyone who thinks they can go get a quality tournament stringer at will is only fooling themselves.
Funny thing is, we gained a weight lead in the overall standings.

We fished some good areas. The fish were not aggressively feeding. You could see good trout come up and look at your plug, then swim back down. Lots of inactive bait around, nothing feeding on them either. Very few mullet moving.
The few that caught good fish deserve everyone of them.
Keyser and Hill are as good a trout fishermen that I know. Their day was just slightly worse than ours.
