Quit drinking and start fishing, that's all it should take.

Fish the bars , points, and creek mouths on the incoming tide. Try topwater , spoons, and softbaits. Cast til your arm hurts. That should do it.

Sounds like he needs to leave the bars and get in his boat first :smt005

We did fish hard trust me. It jsut seemed like the fish moved out of their usual haunts in both areas. we got a little bit of a late start 7:30ish and wonder if the fish might have moved deep which we didnt try. By the way, we caught drunk post fishing!

I'd say with the tides the way they were saturday, and it being summer time, about 9am you should start moving deeper. There is a hole at the end of the long bar where the pole is at the west end. There is a slight channel on the inside of the long bar that will hold trout on an out going tide.

I thought you didn't try to fish, just went to drinking.
