Looking at Casey's huge TROUT thread, got me wondering. They have more liberal limts than we do, yet have more and bigger trouts, it seems.
Why is that?

Habitat? I thought there was as good here.What I am saying is per square mile, it looks like they have more and bigger. Fishing vacations to the west.
The Lagoon has bigger fish too, is the habitat better? Why?
I don't want to have to travel that far for the DIRTY THIRTY!
