August Tourney and boy have I got a story to tell!!

Left the cabin at around 4:15 with CT, ready to make a showing at the tourney. We ease past the Ecky tripod at around 6 am in total darkness. Had to come down the river with the GO LIGHT . SEA SPOT and crew took advantage of the free lighting and led the way out. We hit spot number one in about 2" of water and about three casts or so in, hook up with a 22" red. Sorry for the lack of pics, forgot the memory card. Fished on into the creek mouth and caught a fat 22" trout. Seemed like we were on for a stellar day. Fished on into the creek and saw a huge trout chasing bait. Launched the SS and began to work it back down the grass line. The dang trout followed my plug lazily for about forty yards but no takers. Ct and I fished on in and on the way out we saw a huge, I do mean huge, redfish chasing a school of eight inch mullet. Looked like a bomb going off. Threw everything but the trolling motor, to no avail. Around 9am we decided to move and hit another shallow spot as the water temps had not warmed yet. Fished around with minimal luck. Decided it was time to ease on out. Tried a couple of spots and nada. Ct was on the phone with his pops and when he got off, He said "Lets go try the coral beds." While he was on the phone, I had aslready punched in the numbers. What can I say, Great minds think alike and dumbazzez do to!! Off we go. Ct is in the zone. He puts like ten keepers in the boat while I can only manage rockbass and rotten ol nasty stinkin azz lizzard fish!!! Im looking at CT and he sneezes. All of a sudden, CT has the most puzzled deer in the head lights, oh my God look on his face. I say dude whats wrong. He says he sneezed too hard. I say did you hurt yourself?? He says no, I just SHIOT MY PANTS!!!! I look at him as serious as possible and say dude that aint funny. Then I realize he's not joking around. I think to myself, this dude has just messed his drawers on my boat. Being the good friend I am while he is walking a little Bow legged towards the front of the boat to find the paper towels, I pick up the mic and announce"" ATTENTION ALL BBF.NET AND NFGFC MEMBERS, CAIRO TROUT, AKA HEATH SANDERS HAS JUST MESSED HIS DRAWERS, THATS RIGHT FOLKS HE HAS JUST SHIOT HIMSELF ON THE BACK OF BAD BEHAVIOR!!" To make matters worse, he then proceeds to pull his nasty drawers down and do diaper duty on the back. He then throws the nasty paper towels in the water and tells me to look at that huge spotted jelly fish!!! 
Its a dang good thing that boy can fish or Im afraid Id have to leave him at the house!! Anyways, we actually make the weigh in with a decent stringer of 8.83lbs. We came in fourth for the day , a couple of ounces out of the money. We'll get em next time, STINKY!!!
