OK, fisherman, when you need to be sure you carry a "Mess of Fish" home to the Lady of the house, where are the FRESH FISH MARKETS in Tallahassee, St. Marks area?

Before you try this and if she packed your clothes for the trip, be sure you take your underwear out of your tackle box where she hid it to see if you went fishing. Its a dead give away that you were buying an alibi. :smt005 :smt005

Just don't go to the lake and bring back grouper, or go flats fishing and bring home bream. :smt009

Some women can actually figure that out..... :smt005

EDIT: I agree on MyWay in Panacea. Been buying there for years....

I buy all my seafood at My Way in Panacea. If I have to get it from Tally, I go to Southern Seafood in Market Square.

I had a guy lie to me at My Way about shrimp--- he said they were "local" caught out of Appalach.
Then after I pointed out the stamp on the side of the box he admitted they were from Brunswick, GA.... that way my last time there.
I know its only one experience but there are too many other places down there.

Just went to a wedding at St Simons we had low country boil some of the best shrimp there are come from bruswick.
I am not endorsing the lieing part just the shrimp part.

I like My Way.......but......I left a Large cooler of red snapper and grouper for them to clean for me this June. I normally clean my fish, but didn't have time this trip. At $.50 a lb , it was worth it. BUT.............I got back a ODD number of snapper filets :o :o I guess someone needed some fish for dinner .... :hammer: :hammer: I'm not sure if I'll go back........
