That is not the Ochlocknee River, that is Barnett's Creek.

BEEN AROUND TVILLE FOR A LONG TIME, AND SEEN A FEW FLOODS AND ONE MUCH WORSE THAN THIS AROUND 1985. I DO NOT EVER RECALL BARNETTS CREEK THIS HIGH. HAS IT OVERFLOWED THE ROAD BEFORE?

Nope, That is Barnett's creek in the photos. It runs into the Ochlocknee a few miles downstream.....
