If you happen to be in the Panacea /Bayside marina area and run into either Capt. Marvin Lawler or Richard Haskins give them a well deserved compliment for there efforts of saving the 7 people on the Hatteras that sank Saturday.. These guys are the heros! Great guys who were there when they were needed most. Great job marvin & Richard!!!
