I was dying to get back out after a long spell without bending a rod so I knocked off work early today to fish a real good midday high. I got on the water around 1:00 and started working an area with reds I like. Started with TopWater but there was still quite a bit of debris and grass left from the storms so I switched to a ChatterBait and It was the ticket in very dark stained water. I ended up catching 4 pretty good reds and 1 was at 26". Ended up getting chased off the water around 4:oo due to a stiff seabreeze and storms. It was great to be back at it!
