It says it is better tablefare than a sailcat! The article also claims it is good tablefare......contrary to what I have heard!

I used to eat the bigger hardheads but CS Marine wrote one time that they were full of iodine and probably shouldn't be eaten. The sailcats are good eating if you can get past all the slime in your fishbox. Just fillet them.
