Bobby and i put in at the river friday morning around 6:45 and headed to our first area a friend had suggested ,neither of us had fished around carrabelle much so we were hopeing to get lucky.Shortly after setting up a drift i caught 2 nice keepers on top water and Bobby landed one on the gulp and ct,marked the spot and moved down the coast looking for any holes or structure. We spot a bar comming out with deep holes behind it and thousands of bait fish getting nailed so we troll in and quickly catch several more good keepers, marked the spot and spend the rest of the day looking for fish with no luck,Don't know how far we ran but it cost me $76.00 in gas :o .Saturday we grabbed breakfest at the BP and checked in with John.Hit the two spots we caught fish on friday but no keepers to be found.I caught 5 fish on 5 cast with the super spook but they were all just shy of 15".Moved a couple of times and then threw in the towel and headed back to the condo to wash the boat and wash down some  .Went to weigh in to see several teams did really well considering the dirty water.Congrats to all the teams that took home the money.Fished monday solo for a couple hours and caught a few keeper trout and some reds, went back in and picked up my wife and two kids and went back out for another hour and boated a couple more keepers. Finally found some good spots to fish, hope to get back soon and learn more .

If I harvest the cotton, peanuts and pecans, do I get to shoot the dove fields, too?
