Morning, today we remember nearly 3000 Americans who lost their lives to radical Islamic terrorist in the heart of our Country. Many seem to have forgotten already. I thank God that George Bush was in office and not Al Gore or John Kerry. We have taken the fight to those who would kill us and kept our Country safer. To those who make this a political issue, I say :smt012

On 9/11 I called my elderly Mother to check on her and in the course of the conversation I asked "did you ever think you would live to see something like this?"
I'll never forget her reply...."I hoped not but was afraid I would."

Enough said.

Here's a few thoughts to ponder taken from Rush's 35 undeniable truths of life:

4. Peace does not mean the absence of war.

6. Ours is a world governed by the aggressive use of force.

9. When Americans oppose America, it is not always courageous and sacred;
it is sometimes dangerous.

11. Neither the US, nor anyone else, imposes freedom on the peoples of
other nations.

12. Freedom is God given.

20. There is a God.

22. Morality is not defined and cannot be defined by individual choice.

28. Abe Lincoln saved this nation.

30. The US will again go to war.

31. To more and more people, a victorious US is a sinful US.

35. You should thank God for making you an American; and instead of
feeling guilty about it, help spread our ideas worldwide.
