Let me first say that this message is from the Liam's wife, a.k.a. Mrs. FlouderPounder. I want to thank those of you who were soooooo generous with your donations for my new classroom. I must say I almost cried when Liam told me of your generousity. In times such as these, it makes me smile to know that there are people like you who are willing to help someone in need. The new toys, books, puzzles and posters have definately helped me create a great classroom. I had the opportunity to meet my new students and parents this afternoon, and we all start our first day of school on Monday! Tonight, I will be thinking of the people who will be enduring Ike, hoping that everyone is out of harm's way. Thank you again, and I will let you know how our first week of school went.

If the kids would like to play with old lifejackets, broken paddles, cajun thunder corks, empty "beverage" cans, worn out trailer tires, and out of date flares, let us know.
I am sure we could get a years supply fairly quick.

If not, I do hope they enjoy the toys,books and puzzles.
