RodBow, I think you are on to something, except for the Social position. I am the least sociable person I know.

That would be the 3 said needed positions mentioned above. All 7 are doing a fine job as a whole

Of course, The BOD needs to still be involved too. Tom is maintaining, but Steve Stinson needs to kick it up some again. Maybe he should be social chair

Stinson is back now. Until recently his work pre-empted him from participating.
