Well Drilling Question?????

I need to know if anyone has a bit that is used for putting a well down by hand. I need to put a well down at the camp probably no deeper than 20'. If someone has one they would not mind renting or selling I need one in a bad way. If anyone knows where to buy one that would be nice too! Thanks in advance
