Had some better luck this time with maybe 5 reds and a little flounder we scared the heck out of. Started drifting on the shell river along a bank, where we got that flounder. We ran through Bear Creek, also no luck. We hit the bars when we figured the wind had died down. We got the 5 redfish there,and a little jack. The reds were all about 12 inches long. All were caught on cajun thunders and shrimp. Good luck to ya!

I fished around the Sate Park the day before and got 5 keeper Bass and a keeper Red on topwater my nephew fished the same area with Shrimp and caught many Reds, a few Trout and some decent Sheepshead the river looks ta be the hot spot now
