It the specific rule is in the regs online - short version don't carry fish in there, don't carry fish out of there to include bait. Distance is from Warren to Johnson Bayou.

I asked this same question some time back and Chalk gave this reply:

68B-5.003. Warren Bayou (Bay County)
Special Seasonal Harvest Closure.
(1) No person shall harvest marine fish,
during the months of January, February, November,
and December of each year, in any of
the waters of Warren Bayou, its tributaries,
including the discharge canal from the Lansing
Smith Power Plant, or within 100 yards of
the mouth of Warren Bayou, in Bay County.
(2) For purposes of this rule, the term “harvest”
means the catching or taking of any fish
by any means whatsoever, followed by a reduction
of such fish to possession

Is that where the Howell Tackle show was filmed on Sunday's episode? They were talking about year round 80 degree water as they were loading up on Mangrove Snapper. They said the area they were fishing you couldn't get to by land??
